Bubble Release of Love & Remembrance: A Sacred Gathering of Healing

On October 11, under a clear blue sky and surrounded by love, we gathered as a community for the United By Loss Foundation’s first annual Bubble Release of Love & Remembrance. This sacred event was held in honor of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month — a time to remember, reflect, and uplift the stories of babies gone too soon and the families who continue to carry their memories in their hearts.

A Day of Remembrance, Community & Compassion

From the moment guests arrived, there was a spirit of tenderness and unity. We cried together. We laughed together. We hugged. We shared stories that were sacred and powerful. We created space for grief — and joy — to coexist.

Special thanks to Commissioner Dr. LaDena Bolton and Super District 7 for offering such thoughtful remarks and unwavering support. Their presence reminded us that this work matters not only on a personal level, but at a community level too.

We are also deeply grateful for our sponsors — Amerigroup, City Barbeque, 19 Kentral Creation, Zenzee Wellness Lounge, and so many others who gave generously to make this event possible.

Honoring Our Babies

One of the most moving moments of the day was our Bubble Release Ceremony, where families released bubbles into the sky — each one representing a name, a memory, a heartbeat. The tears that fell were matched with smiles as we watched the sky fill with shimmering orbs of love, symbolizing our babies’ presence still surrounding us.

From the Memory Keepsake Station to the Moments of Memory open mic, every detail was designed to offer comfort, connection, and community. Our children laughed and played, reminding us that life continues — and so does love.

Thank You for Showing Up

To everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, or simply held space for us in your hearts — thank you. Your support means the world. Events like this are not just moments; they are movements.

Together, we are breaking the silence around pregnancy and infant loss. Together, we are building a community where no one has to grieve alone.
